Since each item is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

You may request a replacement or refund if:

- Include clear photos of the issue
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The request must be approved by our support team before returning any item
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For approved returns not related to a product defect or fulfillment error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please do not send items back to the address listed on the package, as it is not our authorized return location.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as successfully delivered.

Because orders move into production quickly, we can only make changes before production begins.
Once production or shipping has started, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
