Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on product type and order volume. During busy seasons or special launches, production times may be slightly longer.
Creating products on demand allows us to avoid excess inventory and reduce environmental impact while ensuring every item is made with intention.

Soild & Grace is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
